can be Fixed before Month End Billing. This
check was currently Only being done in Step 3 of Month
End. By that time it is too late to fix the phones.
This
check is now run when Processing a Raw File (Cellular
& SMS). It
is also run at the Beginning of Step 1 of Month End Billing. If there are Phone Numbers without a Cell Plan,
you will get a Message telling you to ‘Check the Report and Fix Problems’. There are two reports. If doing Cellular Files, the report is TPC001. If doing SMS, the report is TPC085.
The
two Main problems we have found are;
1) The phone number should be Main Billed to Another
Number so the Plan Tariff Code is on the Main Number.
2) A Plan Tariff Code has Not
been Added to Recurring Charges.
You
can also do this check manually from the ‘Wireless Menu’.
