There is a new option in the Inventory History program called "Inventory Summary" which allows you to browse all current inventory.  Quantities are sub-totaled by either Inventory # or Location.  To run this browser, press the "Inventory Summary" button on the Inventory History screen.

Results in the grid are sub-totaled by Inv#/Description and Location.  You may change the organization of the subtotals by either using the "Subtotal By" options at the bottom of the screen, or by dragging the first two columns into the order you want.  For example, if you want to look at the inventory by specific location, clicking on "Location" in the "Subtotal By" options will put the "Location" column in the first position, followed by the Inv#/Description column.

Swap INV# and Desc.   This button will change the reverse the order of the Inventory # and Description values.  This is helpful when sorting in order to                                          alphabetize either by the Inventory # or by the Description.

Note: if Inventory #, Serial # or ESN contain a value on the Inventory History screen, they will be used as initial filter values in Inventory Summary.

Inventory entries must match all three filters to appear in the grid.  To match an individual filter, an inventory entry must contain the text entered in the filter.  For example, if the Inventory Number & Description filter is set to "kyoc", all items with "kyoc" anywhere in their description or inventory number will be selected.  In the example below, all 6 inventory items with "kyoc" in their inventory#/description and with "0340810" in their ESN are selected:

Show All Filters  &    These buttons allow you to expose, either one at a time or all at

Go To Next Match     once, the detailed results of the filtering.  This works the same

way as clicking the plus button  for each row in the outline at

                                     the left of the grid.

Search        The "Search" button allows you to find items containing your search word

(in any column) within the grid.  Unlike filters, Search will not go through

You can now have the system Automatically setup the Invalid Mexico NPA-NXX based on Tijuana (052-644).  We are doing this as a convenience for you.  The real problem is with Telcordia or whomever, does not have some Mexico Cities in the TPM file.  We know the City may say Tijuana and could be wrong, but at least it will be billed.  Most Mexico rates are the same so it should be billed correctly, it just may have the wrong City listed.

From Start1 Menu: Select option #2 (Toll), then select #22 (Goto Toll Carrier Menu), then select #2 (Process Toll) – Workstation Status F5 – Enter ‘Y’ (Yes) in ‘Process Invalid Calls with errors when rating – press F5.

Project #2769 – Cellular / Testing of PCS Calling Plans

Three new Options have been added to this process.

  1. Run a test from a billing cycle.  This could be used to see what a customer should have been billed in cases where the plan might not have been set up correctly at billing time.
  2. Test a specific plan. You can enter what plan to test. You could run a test for different plans to do a comparison.
  3. Run a test on an open service order. With this option you could select various add on features like SMS, additional nights & weekends to see what would get charged. You would open a new service order, select the options to test, run the test and then delete the service order.

Some new wording and new screens have been added to ask these questions. See the following steps for additional details.  This can be confusing with so many options, but we hope we have made it as simple as possible.

From Start1 Menu: Select option #23 (System Maintenance), then #24 (Goto Wireless Menu), then #4 (Key/List PCS Packages) – then Select option #8 (Test Rates for New PCS Plan) – Press F5.

Contact us if your Bank’s Format is different than this and we can make it work.

  • First you need to setup the following User Edit.
