      The CABS Billing System is fully integrated to the toll billing system. The toll data that is recorded at the end offices is combined with the data that is recorded at the access tandem offices to generate Access Minutes of Use. User defines whether to use actual or factors for terminating minutes of use and nonconverstation minutes of use. Purchase of Accounts Receivable statements are generated from the customer toll billing including toll adjustments.
